Lynch with crafting a climate change action plan says its goal is to find ways to reduce greenhouse gas emissions [without hurting the] state's economy…The [group's] deadline… has been extended from this month to December… A key consideration is… developing alternative and renewable energy sources at the local and regional levels… [reducing] greenhouse gas emissions [while allowing] money… to remain in the local economy."
