Helping American Business Ride China's Green Wave. By Reenita Malhotra Hora, NYTimes, October 12, 2009. "The China Greentech Initiative is an open source, commercial collaboration among 80 leading technology and service companies, entrepreneurs, investors, nongovernmental organizations and policy advisers. It was formed by the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai to help American businesses better understand the opportunities within China's vast greentech market. According to a new report prepared by the initiative, those opportunities are substantial. The China Greentech Report estimates that the potential market size for greentech solutions in China is from $500 billion to $1 trillion -- annually."
