"In India's culture of recycling, nothing goes to waste because there is always someone willing to buy second-hand items. Delhi's poorest residents, 150,000 wastepickers, are key to making this work. Their efforts reduce greenhouse gas emissions by almost a million tons of carbon each year. But they are being shut down for the Commonwealth Games."
