The claim also asks for an injunction that would, among other things, require the Liberals 'to destroy or remove, in an environmentally conscious manner' all its Green Shift political and pro-motional material. The Liberal Web site, thegreenshift.ca, contains a disclaimer that it is not affiliated with the company, whose Web site is greenshift.ca. A spokesman said the party has no intention of abandoning the name, which it says is a common term in environmental circles."
